2 sp0320 dedicated to driving PrimePACK ™ IGBT module.As SCALE - 2 plug and play device a member of the family, it is on electrical performance and anti-jamming is optimized in order to meet the requirements of different industrial applications.

Compared with traditional solutions, highly integrated SCALE - 2 chipset components number can be reduced by 80%, thus can significantly improve the reliability, and reduce costs.
2 sp0320 is complete dual channel IGBT drive, a DC/DC power supply, short circuit protection, high active clamp and supply voltage monitoring function.

Users only need to install it to the corresponding IGBT module, the system can immediately began to work, the need for additional development or adapter.It can shorten the design cycle, at the same time, will not affect the efficiency of the whole system.
The driver support multiple drives directly in parallel, even if in rated power higher application, also can achieve a simple design of inverter.Can be specialized to the encapsulation of IGBT module adapter.All drives can choose electrical or optical fiber interface.

DIC20 electrical interface is very simple, convenient and easy to use.
The drive is equipped with the following contacts:

  • 2 x drive signal input terminal
  • 2 x state outputs (fault signal feedback)
  • 1 x pattern choice end (half bridge mode/direct)
  • Set the blocking time 1 x input

All inputs have ESD protection function, schmidt properties for all digital signal input terminal.

Drives using optical implementation command signal and state feedback signals of electrical isolation.There are two versions available:

  • 2 sp0320v, equipped with general optical fiber interface
  • 2 sp0320s, equipped with ST fiber interface
