Product details

TinySwitch - LT incorporates a 650 V power MOSFET, generator, high voltage switch the current source, current limit flow (optional) user and thermal shut off the circuit.The IC product series, the ON/OFF control mode, providing a flexible design, and achieve lower system cost and larger range of output power.

Product features:

  • Rating of 650 V is the integration of the MOSFET
  • Simple ON/OFF control, no need for loop compensation
  • Through BP/M pin capacitance current limit point can choose different current
  • Higher current peak current limiting point can get a higher power, or in open applications to get higher output power continuously
  • Strict I2F parameter tolerance range reduces the system cost;Reduced the maximum overload power, thus reducing transformer, clamping and secondary components cost
  • Conduction time extended - lower input voltage to maintain the stability of the output/maintain time, you can use a lower capacity of input capacitors
  • Frequency modulation to reduce the cost of EMI filter
