HiperPFS ™ - 5 series advanced IC use 750 v power factor correctionPowiGaN™ switch low switching loss to improve efficiency.The high level of integration and innovation of control method helps to reduce size of components and the total inductance, so as to decrease the size of the system.The device adopts the ultra-thin InSOP - T28F encapsulation SMT type, can be directly to heat conduction on the PCB substrate heat sink without taking up space.Rugged HiperPFS - 5 devices at low input voltage to 305 vac within the scope of work, derating of more than 80%.

The product features

A highly integrated, compact appearance

  • In general the input voltage applications can provide up to 240 w peak power output, and without heat sink
